Refund policy
Return Policy:
If you’re looking to exchange your Sunshine Club products for another one, we're here to help! We offer exchange within 24 hours of order delivery.
Please note that exchanges can only be made if the product is damaged or defective on arrival. To be eligible for return/refund:
- The product must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Discounted products are final and cannot be exchanged
To initiate an exchange, please email us at hello@sunshineclub.in. Once we receive the product from you, we'll inspect it and let you know about the next steps.
All Gift boxes and bulk orders are non returnable and non refundable and can only be exchanged in case of damage.
If you receive a missing item or damaged product, please share a video of the outer packaging and the product at hello@sunshineclub.in within 24 hours of delivery.
Additional Information:
Please allow us at least 7 days to dispatch your replacement product once we have received and approved your return
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of the product, at the moment, we do not have a 'return for refund' policy. Please email us at hello@sunshineclub.in if you have any more questions around our refund policy. We'll be happy to help!
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our end. All orders once shipped can not be cancelled and are hence not eligible for refund. To cancel your order, please email us at hello@sunshineclub.in . If we receive your mail before your order has been shipped, we will cancel your order and initiate a refund within 3-4 working days.
